Woman seriously injured after crash pins her in car

A woman has serious injuries after being pinned in a car during a three-vehicle crash in the city’s east end.

The crash happened at Danforth Road and Falmouth Avenue, near Brimley Road, around 7 a.m. on Friday.

The woman had to be extricated from her vehicle and was rushed to hospital.

Another person suffered minor injuries.

It’s not known how many people were in the vehicles.

Danforth is closed at police investigate.
