Man accidentally stabs himself while showing off near Gerrard and Main

A man in his 20s has been rushed to hospital after he stabbed himself while trying to show off.
Toronto police say the man was trying to impress someone by twirling a knife when he lost his balance and stabbed himself.
It happened just after 1:30 a.m. on Thursday near Gerrard and Main streets.
His injuries are serious but he is expected to recover.
