A driver is being sought by York Regional Police after a vehicle was seen zipping through a red light and travelling the wrong way.

Police released dash camera video of the driver passing through the intersection at 1:21 p.m. on April 18, in front of Saint Brother Andre in Markham.

The vehicle can be seen going rapidly through two cars that are stationary waiting at the red light with an empty lane between them. The driver whipped through the lane between the two cars.
