A Guelph, Ont., teen is facing charges after police say he brought a collapsible baton and knife to school.

Police say they were called to the school, on Quebec Street, on Monday morning and found the weapons on a male student.

The 16-year-old, who cannot be identified because of his age, is charged with two counts of carrying a concealed weapon and two counts of breach of officer-in-charge undertaking.
