Halton police are looking for a woman who they say is stealing from elderly people living in retirement homes.
Earlier this month, police say the woman went into two retirement homes during scheduled mealtimes and while residents were out of their rooms, she went into them and allegedly stole money and bank cards.
Both incidents happened on Nov. 19 between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.
She is described as white, in her early- to mid-40s, around 5-foot-8 or 5-foot-9, with a thin build, and her blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail.
At the time, she was wearing black, near knee-high boots, light-coloured pants and carrying a black purse.
