Mississauga man charged in the stabbing death of his half-brother

Peel police have charged Charles Croft with second degree murder, following the stabbing death of his half-brother Wayne Croft Saturday morning.
Officers responded to a call around 1:30 a.m. regarding a fight on Roche Court near Erin Mills Parkway and Fowler Drive in Mississauga. On the scene they found Wayne Croft with multiple stab wounds and no vital signs. The 49-year-old was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
This was Peel Region’s eighth homicide of 2015.
