Toronto police continue to search for a suspect after a 22-year-old man was shot and killed at a barber shop in Scarborough.
The shooting occurred in the Bellamy Road and Lawrence Avenue East area around 2 p.m. on Monday.
Police believe the victim and the shooter knew each other and got into an argument before he was shot.
Friends tried to drive the man to a hospital in an SUV, but he died a short distance away at a gas station, which is two minutes away from the barber shop.
Schools in the area were under hold and secures due to a police investigation, but were later lifted.
One man told 680NEWS he heard two gun shots, and police recovered a handgun at the scene.
Investigators have an idea who they are looking for, but so far the names of the victim and the suspect have not been officially released.
