Multiple injuries in overnight Toronto car crashes

Amazingly just minor injuries after a violent crash in the east end leaves one driver trapped in a vehicle.

It appears that a minivan T-boned a car in the intersection of Kennedy Road and Eglinton Avenue around 3:30 a.m. on Friday.

Two people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

No word yet from police on any charges.

In the north end of the city, seven people were hospitalized with minor injuries after a two-car crash.

It happened at Sentinel Road and Grandravine Drive, near Keele Street and Sheppard Avenue around 3:45 a.m.
