Ontario’s finance minister delivers fall economic statement

Finance Minister Charles Sousa says the Ontario government will crack down on illegal cigarettes, the underground economy and corporate tax avoiders to help make sure it balances the books by 2017-18. He said revenues this year are down $509 million from the budget forecast.
