Graffiti artists caught in the act in Etobicoke

Police caught two teens tagging a highway sound barrier with graffiti early Tuesday.
The suspects took off from the scene at Highway 427, just south of Highway 401, when police arrived on scene around 4:45 a.m.
Police caught up to one man at Rathburn Road and The East Mall and took the 18-year-old into custody.
The second suspect is still at large.
