Stephen Harper pays tribute to fallen soldier Nathan Cirillo

Cpl. Nathan Cirillo of Hamilton was shot and killed in Ottawa on Wednesday as he and another soldier stood guard at the National War Memorial. Prime Minister Stephen Harper and wife Laureen paid tribute to Cirillo on Thursday.
