TIFF day 6: Red carpets continue to roll out

The Toronto International Film Festival is past the halfway mark, but there are still a number of big stars trickling in for their premieres on Tuesday.

The premiere most fans will be looking forward to is The Imitation Game. The movie stars fan favorite Benedict Cumberbatch along with Keira Knightley. Cumberbatch plays English mathematician Alan Turing who helps crack the enigma code during the Second World War.

David Cronenberg’s Maps to the Stars will have its North American premiere at Roy Thomson Hall. John Cusack, Robert Pattinson and Julianne Moore are all expected to attend.

The red carpet arrivals for The Imitation Game and Maps to the Stars will be streamed live on this website.

Viggo Mortensen will be at the Winter Garden Theatre for his film Far from Men while Quebec director Xavier Dolan will premiere his Cannes Jury Prize-winning film Mommy.

Ethan Hawke is also expected to premiere his latest, Good Kill.

A Second Chance and Three Hearts are two other films rolling out the red carpet on Tuesday night.

On Monday, Channing Tatum, Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern, Steve Carell, and other stars walked the red carpets for the premieres of their films.
