Pride Toronto will soon be looking for a new executive director.

Kevin Beaulieu is stepping down from the job effective Aug. 31 after two-years.

Beaulieu oversaw one of the most successful Pride festival’s in June when Toronto hosted WorldPride.

Prior to taking on the role, he served as executive assistant to Coun. Kristyn Wong-Tam.

There has been no official word on what Beaulieu will do next.

A statement on Pride Toronto’s website say the process to pick a new executive director will start in the next few weeks.
