A convicted sexual offender has been re-arrested in Hamilton.
Police said Keith Theodore Constantin, 35, violated curfew — which was a condition of his release — and was taken into custody without incident on Friday evening.
Constantin was held for a bail hearing on Saturday.
He was convicted of rape in 2009, but also has previous convictions in the separate sexual assaults of a young boy and a blind woman.
After Constantin was released on July 23, Hamilton police issued a warning to residents of the east-end neighbourhood he was to relocate to.
