Toronto police are looking for a 19-year-old man wanted in connection with an attempted murder investigation.

Police said Nerville Ferdinand got into an argument with another man at a home in the Bathurst and College streets area on Friday.

The suspect allegedly pulled out a handgun and shot the man.

The victim was rushed to hospital but is expected to recover.

Ferdinand faces a charge of attempted murder.

He is considered armed and dangerous. Police warn the public not to approach the suspect but to call 911.
