Man seriously injured after being shot in Etobicoke

A man is in serious condition in hospital after being shot in Etobicoke.

The incident happened at 92 Jamestown Cres., near Kipling Avenue and Albion Road, just after midnight on Monday.

Toronto police said the man is in his early 30s and was shot once in the lower back or buttocks.

His injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.

Police are looking for a suspect who may have fled the scene in a late model champagne-coloured Toyota sedan.
