Toronto man charged with manslaughter in Victoria Park assault

Police have charged a 39-year-old Toronto man in connection with the death of a man in Scarborough.
Duane Small, 44, of Toronto, was found inside a TTC bus shelter on Victoria Park Avenue, near Clydesdale Drive, bleeding from a severe head injury, just before 3 a.m. on Tuesday.
He died in hospital.
An autopsy revealed the cause of death was blunt-impact trauma to the head.
Raymond McCurdy faces a charge of manslaughter.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday morning.
