Guelph Transit lockout avoided after tentative deal struck

It’s business as usual for Guelph Transit on Monday morning after the city’s plans to lock out workers was called off.

On Twitter, Guelph Transit confirmed overnight that buses will be rolling Monday morning after a tentative agreement was reached between the union representing employees and the City of Guelph.

Wages and staffing levels were among the union’s main concerns.
