One-year countdown kicks off at Panamania event in Toronto

Government officials including Premier Kathleen Wynne were on hand at Nathan Phillips Square to help kick off the one-year countdown to the Toronto 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Games. Cirque du Soleil performed before the countdown clock was unveiled.
