A jury has found Luka Magnotta guilty of first-degree murder in the Montreal slaying and dismemberment of Chinese engineering student Jun Lin in May 2012. Crown prosecutor Louis Bouthillier spoke outside the courthouse after the verdict was revealed.
Six people were injured in a crash at Derry and Trafalgar roads in Milton early Tuesday morning. A child was rushed to hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to recover. The rest of the injuries are considered to be minor.
