Scooter driver hospitalized after collision with car in Oakville

A woman is in hospital after her motorized scooter collided with an SUV in Oakville on Friday night.
Halton police say the driver of the scooter was struck near 6 p.m. in the Glen Abbey Gate and Third Line area, and remains in critical condition after suffering serious head injuries
There’s no word whether any charges will be laid in the incident.
