FACT SHEET: Canada’s Milos Raonic and Genie Bouchard storm Wimbledon

For the first time in Wibledon history, Canadians are making appearances in the semi-finals.
Eugenie Bouchard, 20, and Milos Raonic, 23, advanced after wins in their respective matches Wednesday.
The 13th-seeded Bouchard also made the semfinals at the French Open last month and the Australian Open earlier this year.
She will face French Open finalist and third-seed Simona Halep after the Romanian crushed 2013 Wimbledon finalist Sabine Lisicki 6-4, 6-0 on Wednesday.
The win is expected to put the 20-year-old Bouchard into the WTA’s top-10 for the first time in her career.
Raonic became the first Canadian men’s singles player in the Open era to reach the Wimbledon quarter-finals after a four set Tuesday win over 10th seed Kei Nishikori of Japan.
He advanced to the semifinals with a 6-7, 6-2, 6-4, 7-6 (4) win over Australian qualifier Nick Kyrgios.
