A motorcyclist was airlifted to hospital Saturday afternoon after an accident in Mulmur, about 40 minutes north of Orangeville.
Dufferin OPP say the driver veered off the road into a ditch and sustained serious injuries.
The driver was taken to a local hospital before being airlifted to a Toronto-area hospital.
The incident occurred on the 20th Side road of Mulmur between Airport Rd. and 5th Line.
The road was closed for several hours while police investigate.
Just after 8 p.m. a motorcycle and a car collided at Danforth Road and Mackinac Crescent in Scarborough, sending the driver of the motorcycle — a man in his 30s — to hospital with serious injuries.
Earlier Saturday one man was killed when his motorcycle crashed near Teston Road and Highway 400 in Vaughan.
And two men — Damian Hanchard, 31, of Brampton and Bevon Blair, 28, of Orangeville — were killed after the motorcycle they were both riding on crashed into a car near Sandalwood Parkway and McLaughlin Road in Brampton early Saturday morning.
