An Oshawa woman, who’s accused of a hit-and-run in the Kensington Market area on Saturday that left a Toronto man in a coma, has been granted $15,000 bail. A friend of the victim said he wasn’t happy with the decision.

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford was at city hall signing bobbleheads that went on sale on Friday. The so-called ‘Robbie Bobbies’ are being sold at the mayor’s office for $30 each, and the net proceeds will go to the Humber River Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital. He spoke about his health as he prepares for a fourth round of chemotherapy.
