Toronto police say three Montreal men are facing a total of 122 charges as part of a fraud investigation. It’s alleged they then used the victims’ IDs to change the PINs on the stolen credit cards and bought high-end clothes and other goods in Toronto. Here’s exclusive CityNews video of one of the accused being taken into custody on Wednesday.
