There’s a high of 16 C in the forecast, 680News meteorologist Jill Taylor said, and the temperatures will continue throughout the weekend.
“It’s been a while since it’s been so warm,” Taylor said.
“The first of November it was 16 C and the sixth of November it was 16. The last time we hit 17 C was on Halloween. We hit 17.7 C at Toronto Pearson.”
Thursday’s forecast calls for clouds, wind and a light rain beginning around 4 p.m. and lasting until about 8 p.m.
On Friday, the city will see a mix of sun and cloud, and a high near 15 C. The low will be near 4 C.
On Saturday, the sun and cloud will continue, as will the high of 15 C but the low will climb to 6 C.
And on Sunday, there will be showers with a chance of thundershowers. There’s a high of 16 C and low of 8 C in the forecast.
The last time Toronto saw a high of 16 C was on Nov. 6, 2013.
