It will be another tough slog around downtown this weekend, as the TTC is closing the Yonge-Univeristy-Spadina subway line between St. Andrew and Bloor stations for ongoing signal replacement work.
For Saturday and Sunday, shuttle buses will be running between Bloor-Yonge and St. Andrew stations.
The TTC is also advising customers to use the 6 Bay and 94 Wellesley buses, and the 506 Carlton, 505 Dundas, 501 Queen or 504 King streetcars as alternatives.
Union subway station will also be closed, as it continues to undergo renovations.
Everything will reopen Monday at 6 a.m., just in time for work.
For those wondering why the subway has been closed so many times of late, the TTC produced this seven minute video detailing the signal replacement work.
