Police identify Boxing Day murder victim

Toronto police have identified a woman who was found dead in her Steeles Avenue and McCowan Road area home on Boxing Day.
Nu “Sandy” Hua, 64, was found in a unit on Alton Towers Circle around 11:30 p.m. with obvious signs of trauma and pronounced dead on the scene.
There has been no word on suspects as police continue their investigation.
This is the city’s 56th homicide of 2013.
