2 men shot in Swansea Mews

Two men found their own way to hospital after being shot in Swansea Mews early Sunday.

Just before 4 a.m., Toronto police got a call about the shooting in the housing complex near Windermere Avenue and The Queensway.

They say one of the men, who are in their 20s and 30s, was shot in the hand and neither of the injuries is life-threatening.

One victim has already been released from hospital.

Police are conducting interviews and working on getting a suspect description.

Earlier this month, Christopher Kotsopoulos, 26, was killed in a daylight shooting in Swansea Mews.

Residents fed up with the violence in their neighbourhood came forward and helped police track down three suspects within days.
