Maple Leafs to offer dynamic pricing policy: report

The Toronto Maple Leafs are joining other NHL teams and sports clubs in offering a so-called dynamic pricing policy for tickets, based on the opponent and when the game is being played.

According to thestar.com, prices will be divided into five different categories: Super Premium, Premium Plus, Premium, Regular and Preseason.

For example, a seat in the green price point could range from $90 for a regular game, to $125 for a super premium game, the category depending on who the Leafs are playing.

The Toronto Raptors have had a dynamic pricing system for two seasons, while the Toronto Blue Jays have two categories: Regular and Premium (for more popular teams).

What do you think of the plan? Would you pay more based on who the Leafs are playing?Let us know in the comments and have your say in our poll.
