Weekend road closures in Toronto

The first long weekend of the summer is finally here and so too are weekend events, road work — and closures.
Check back each week for an updated list of road and subway shutdowns.
Below is a list for June 28-July 1.
Road closures:
Pride and Remembrance Run (Saturday)
The fundraiser, a five-kilometre road race or walk, will take place at 10 a.m. and the road closures are expected to last from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
- Wellesley Street, east of Church Street to Jarvis Street (Full Roadway)
- Westbound on Wellesley Street (Full Roadway)
- Northbound on Queen’s Park Crescent East, (Full Roadway)
- U-turn at Charles Street
- Southbound on Queen’s Park Crescent West (Full Roadway)
- U-turn at College Street
- two laps around Queen’s Park
- Eastbound on Wellesley Street, (Full Roadway)
- Wellesley Street, east of Church Street to Jarvis Street (Full Roadway)

Queen’s Park Canada Day celebrations (Monday)
The following roads will be closed from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Queen’s Park Crescent East from College Street to Wellesley Street West
- Queen’s Park Crescent West from Hoskin Avenue to College Street
- Grosvenor Street from Queens Park Crescent East to Surrey Place
- Wellesley Street from Queens Park Crescent East to Queens Park Crescent West

TTC
Downsview Station will be closed on Saturday for scheduled track work between Wilson and Downsview stations.
Subway trains will terminate at Wilson and shuttle buses will run between Wilson and Downsview. A Wheel-Trans vehicle will be on stand-by at Eglinton West Station.
Normal subway service will resume on Sunday at 9 a.m.
