BRAMPTON, Ont. – Peel police are looking for a man who robbed a 79-year-old woman outside a bank in Brampton, Ont., on Feb. 18.
The incident occurred outside the TD Canada Trust Bank, located at Brickyard Way and Hurontario Street.
Police said the woman tried to enter the bank — unaware it was closed due to Family Day — when a man shoved her from behind and stole her purse. She fell to the ground and suffered a dislocated shoulder.
The suspect is described as:
- South Asian
- 5’10″
- Heavy build
- Between 20-25 years old
- Wearing a black jacket and black pants
