TORONTO, Ont. – Another sure sign of spring’s return, as all of the city’s outdoor rinks will officially shut down for the season at 10 p.m. Friday.
While many of the rinks are already closed, 14 of 51 stay open through the March Break to help keep the kids busy.
Besides skating, this weekend will also be the last chance to hit the slopes at the city’s two ski-and-snowboard centres.
Centennial Park is set to close at 5 p.m. while Earl Bales Park will close at 6 p.m. on Sunday evening.
