For the second time in 2013, there is a winning ticket in Ontario for a Lotto 6/49 jackpot.
This time, the winning ticket was sold in the Hamilton area.
It’s not yet known who holds the winning ticket and whether it is an individual or a group.
The most recent Ontario winner was a Collingwood resident who won a $3.5-million jackpot in the January 26 draw.
