Toronto police have made a fourth arrest in the fatal Little Italy shooting from last summer.
Rabih Alkhalil, 25, was arrested in Greece. He is charged with first-degree murder in the death of John Raposo who was 35.
The shooting happened outside Sicilian Sidewalk Cafe, a popular gelato shop at College and Montrose, near Ossington on June 18, 2012.
Three other men face first-degree murder charges in the shooting: Nicola Nero, 36, of Niagara Falls, Martino Caputo, 39 and Dean Wiwchar, 27, of Vancouver.
Police alleged that the murder plot involves organized crime.
