Toronto police say man failed to disclose HIV-positive status

TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police are seeking a male who allegedly failed to disclose his HIV-positive status to a sexual partner.
Police said a 23-year-old man met an unknown male at an establishment in the Church Street and Wellesley Street East area on Sunday at 4 a.m.
Police said the men had “sexual relations” and the unknown male disclosed his HIV-positive status after the interaction.
The unidentified male is described as having a tanned complexion, between 35 and 40, 5’8″ with a slim build and shaved head.
He may have a small tattoo on his shoulder.
Police believe there may be other victims.
