TORONTO, Ont. – A suspect in the 2009 murder of a 36-year-old Toronto man was arrested Tuesday at Pearson International Airport.
On Jan. 3, 2009, Toronto police responded to a report of gunshots fired in the Weston Road and Finch Avenue West area.
Police found the body of Johnny Gewarges Youkhana in front of 9 Milvan Dr.
Three men have been arrested and charged in connection with the homicide.
Ali Raza, 24, of Toronto, was arrested without incident at the airport Tuesday. He is charged with first-degree murder.
In 2009, Augusto Charlery and Anderson Nop were also charged with first-degree murder.
