Police want the public to be aware of a sexual assault that occurred Wednesday at 4 p.m. on the Lakeshore East Go Transit Line.
It is alleged that the man sat close to a 15-year-old girl and appeared to be taking pictures of her with a cell phone.
When the train approached Rouge Hill Go Station, the suspect sexually assaulted the girl.
The girl was able to exit the train and the suspect followed her for a short distance before fleeing the area.
The suspect is described as a white male, between 25 and 30 years old, approximately 6′ tall, and 180lbs. It is believed that the man had short brown hair and was unshaven. He was last seen wearing a baggy black winter jacket, beige pants and a beige baseball hat, construction boots and black sunglasses.

That’s if it really happened.. or happened as described. Why did the girl then not press the emergency strip on the train? Maybe it did happen, but we are usually too quick to make decisions without proof.
