Toronto police told CityNews Thursday that a 63-year-old Toronto man charged in an historical sexual assault investigation is convicted pedophile Stuckless after new charges emerged.

Police allege the accused — a teacher and volunteer at a local community centre and sports clubs — sexually assaulted an 11-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy at a school, community centre and various locations in Toronto in the late 1970s.

Police arrested Stuckless Thursday. He is charged with six counts of indecent assault on a male, assault, possession of a weapon or imitation.

Police believe there may be other victims.

In 1997, Stuckless pleaded guilty to 24 counts of sexual and indecent assault and was sentenced to two years less a day. The sentence was increased to five years later. He was paroled in 2001 after serving two-thirds of the sentence.
