The Parkdale Activity Recreation Centre will soon offer a tool library.

It promises to be faster than looking for the closest tool rental store and cheaper.

It will be a place to get that drill or saw for home projects.

It’s a co-op that allows people to share and borrow power tools and get some training on how to use them.

They’ll be offered for an annual fee tailored to income.

It opens next month.
