York regional police have charged Jonathon Ross, 36, with second-degree murder of a woman who was killed in Richmond Hill.
The victim was found in a condo on Yonge Street, just north of Elgin Mills early Saturday morning.
Police said the victim and the suspect knew each other.
Her name is not being released because of a court-ordered publication ban.
