TORONTO, Ont. – Police are warning the public about an ongoing sexual assault investigation following an incident on a TTC subway car.
It’s alleged that on January 30 at approximately 5:40 p.m., a woman boarded a TTC subway travelling northbound at the King Subway Station.
As the woman stood in the car she noticed a man touching her, and spotted him committing an indecent act.
The woman was then sexually assaulted.
Before leaving the subway at Bloor Station the woman was able to take a photograph of the suspect, who continued north on the train.
He is described as white, 45-55 years old standing 5’5″ tall with a thin build.
He was last seen wearing a blue jacket with orange lining and grey track pants.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.

This allegation cannot be seen as truth without other witness,remember this was at rush hour so there is a large doubt as to the merit of this allegation,for us to believe that a man pulled out his private parts on a subway car during rush hour with only this witness,..the problem we have is that the Toronto police cannot be trusted ,we know we will change that where Kevin Clarke becomes mayor of Toronto,justice for all,,we need truth in our law enforcement officers it is disgraceful to all of us the way it is now ,,fear and intimidation..
