KITCHENER, Ont. – A torso found in a Kitchener garbage bin Saturday is that of a 24-year-old Kitchener woman, Waterloo Regional Police said.
The torso is that of Kelsey Louise Felker, police said.
The torso was discovered in a bin Saturday morning.
Police said tips from the public about the black T-shirt worn by the victim were crucial to the identification.
An autopsy into the cause of death is continuing, police said.
