Police search for missing deaf man

TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police are searching for a man who they say is deaf and without speech who went missing Saturday.
Jegamar Thavanayagapathy, 28, was last seen on Saturday at 4:30 p.m., in the Gerrard Street East and Main Street area.
He is a described as South Asian with a dark complexion, 5-foot-10, 180 lbs. with short black hair and a short beard.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue hooded sweatshirt, a red and black shirt and black shoes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
