York Regionl Police have opened after a collision on King Vaughan Road between Keele and Dufferin streets in Vaughan, for a serious motor vehicle personal injury collision.
At approximately 2:24 a. m. a Honda Accord with three teenage occupants was travelling eastbound on King Vaughan Line approaching Dufferin Street in the City of Vaughan.
The 16-year-old male driver lost control of the vehicle after another eastbound vehicle believed to be a grey coloured BMW X5 SUV or similar class vehicle, passed.
Witnesses from a westbound vehicle advised police they saw the SUV passing the Honda in the westbound lane.
The three occupants of the Honda were injured when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
Vaughan Fire Department had to extricate the young men from the vehicle. Two of the parties were taken to hospital and the third, who was the rear-passenger was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
None of the injuries are considered to be life threatening.
York Regional Police is appealing for the driver of the SUV or any other witnesses to come forward with information.

Seems to me BMWs are always involved in situations like this. Most drivers who have BMWs don’t drive them with class and create dangerous driving conditions.
