Toronto doctor has his license revoked for second time

TORONTO, Ont. – A Toronto doctor who had his licence taken away after molesting three female patients in 2002 has once again had it revoked.

Dr. David Lambert pleaded guilty last year to touching the breast of an investigator posing as a patient.

After having his licence revoked in 2002 it was reinstated in 2006, but under strict conditions outlining who he could treat and what sort of work he could perform.

It’s alleged he broke these conditions when he touched the breast of the undercover investigator and tried to sell Botox enhancements that he had been barred from selling.

The Toronto Sun reports he will have to pay more than $27,000 to the college and will face a reprimand within 60 days.
