TORONTO, Ont. – A 56-year-old man was taken to hospital in life-threatening condition after he was struck by a vehicle Tuesday evening.
He was struck by a vehicle travelling southbound in the Shorncliffe Road and Dundas Street West area while trying to cross the roadway at about 5:30 p.m.
The man was taken to a local trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
The driver remained at the site of the collision.
Police are investigating.
