TORONTO, Ont. – Rain and slippery roads were likely a factor in a multi-vehicle crash on the southbound Don Valley Parkway Sunday morning.
Four vehicles were involved and hydroplaning is suspected to be a primary factor, according to police.
One person suffered non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash.
Several lanes were closed on the southbound Don Valley Parkway just north of the Bayview-Bloor exit at around 6 a.m. as police investigated. Police were able to quickly re-open the roadway, however.
There has been no word on whether any charges may be laid as a result of the crash.
