BRAMPTON, Ont. – A 24-year-old man faces three counts of arson in connection with several fires in the Dixie and Northpark area which took place over a two-year period.
The suspect was arrested Wednesday morning, but Peel Police have not released his name or any other details at this time.
Police continue to investigate the suspect and said he could face further charges.
A number of the fires were never reported to police or the fire department.
Police are withholding information on those incidents as well, but have confirmed that public safety was never compromised.
