TORONTO, Ont. – A 31-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in relation to an attack on a security guard at a Hungary nightclub last year.
Toronto police’s fugitive squad arrested Tivadar Sandor Kodrucz in the Bathurst Street and Ranee Avenue area Tuesday morning for a Hungarian attempted murder charge.
According to police, a dispute took place at a Hungary nightclub in November 2011 and a man was removed from the establishment.
The man then returned with a group and during an altercation with security personnel, a security guard was struck in the head with an axe.
